In order for things to get done around the Royal Mills development, we need to be 'official', this is why we're trying to form an official residents association which will mean we will become a recognised legal entity.

We need your vote
We need over 60% of residents (over 100 apartments!) to be in support of a residents association in order for us to move forward, so please make sure you vote and help Royal Mills become the best place to live in Manchester.
We've also devised a draft constitution which you can read here. This constitution shows the 'rules' of the association and how it will work.
